Courage is not something mysterious or unattainble; it is something that you can exercise in your daily life choices. This is special choice raised in the mind of our founder and in consultation with the Bishop of Genova, Most. Rev.Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco, our sisters were invited in 2003 to take care of the administration of the Bishop's house and to care for the old priests.
GENOVA-2 HOSPITAL COMMUNITY-2010
It is well appreciated the service of the sisters in the diocese of Genova, as a result it took root to another branch in the same diocese as a new community in 2010. Ageing gracefully is the longing desire of every human being. To fulfill this inner desire of the ministers of christ our sisters are reaching out to the sick and old people and nursing them with warmth of love and affection in their pain and sorrows.
RIETI-1998
The Bishop of Rieti Most. Rev.Domenico Pompili was inspired by the service of our sister in Albenga and joyfully invited us to his diocese in 1998, to take care of the Bishop and old priests.
SGN IN Mangula-2003
SGN Sole community in Tanzania was started in Ifakara diocese in the year 2003. At the beginning our sisters were working in the near by hospital. Incourse of time the Bishop of Ifakara Diocese requested our founder to start an educational institution, so with blessings of our founder we started a school in order to educate the poor children of that area. Sisters are rendering their selfless service in the parish ministry too.
ASHOKNAGAR -MP 2010
Sisters of Good News Society started our new mission in the Diocese of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. St.Thomas Higher Secondary School at Ashoknagar with the permission of Bishop Most.Rev.Dr.James Athikalam, in agreement with our Mother General Rev.Sr.Rosily Pullely and started our new community in 2010. Sisters are occupied to educate the children and cooperate in the pastoral work of the parish.
RALLAKUNTA-2019
St.Xavier E.M. High School, was handed over to Sisters of Good News Society in the year 2019 by His Excellency Most.Rev.Dr.Jaya Rao Polimera ,Bishop of Eluru Diocese in the presence of our Mother General Rev.Sr.Rosily Pullely.The Sisters are actively participating in the pastoral ministry.
MAHENGHE-2019
On 15th November 2019, We the Sisters of Good News Society started the first formation house at Mahenghe in memorial of Very Rev.Dr.Jose Kaimlett, founder of SGN , HGN and MOC.It was blessed and Inaugurated by Most. Rev.Agapiti Ndorobo, Bishop of Mahenghe in the presence of our Mother General Rev.Sr.Rosily Pullely In order to increase our mission in mission countries.
DAR ES SALAAM-2021
Another SGN new community sprouted in the Archdiocese of Dar es salaam in 2021, in collaboration with Franciscan Friars by 3 of our sisters.We are invited to work in the St.Maximilian high school in Dar es salaam.
